One Year Warranty Policy

1.Please note that the one- year warranty policy applies only to the items made from silver.

2.Most of our jewelry is qualified for a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Erysee representative.

3.Our dedicated "Quality Assurance Team" inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high-quality product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with the order number, contact information, and defective product images. We'd be happy to assist you to repair the product.

4.Erysee reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

5.Erysee will not be responsible for lost or stolen products.
